I'm delighted to welcome Lazaro to 1+Many. So far in our fitness team we have Komie, specialised in Fitness, Nutrition and Krav Maga (self defense). He provides advice online and the chance to learn Krav Maga also.

Lazaro will be our personal trainer on call. Members will have a 1-2-1 session with him at no cost and the chance to get him for personalized fitness programmes at a reasonable price.
Who said you needed to spend thousands on being fit and ready for that beach body?
With the right advice and a programme built only for you, it is possible to achieve your goals.

You can train with him at his gym in West London or he can come to you. Flexibility is key.
We're here to help!

I am very pleased to announce that Komie H. has accepted to collaborate with OnePlusMany.

Good news.
Onplusmany will be on the XFM radio from the 5th April.
Very exciting. New activities, new events. Plenty of ideas and prizes to offer new members.

It has been fun all the events we've had.
Theatre, museum trips, walks in the park, diner out, drinks, you name it!
But we'll update the site very soon with new things.

For one, the link to the blog and the fantastic prizes available.
And we'll put some pictures online from the events.

Oh and we're waiting for the summer to have a big celebration in one of the London parks with all the members and whoever wants to join us.
Once all is organized I'll give all the details both here and the website.

Just wait and see!!!!
